Samsung is expecting to take its second stab at a foldable device, which is set to launch alongside the Galaxy S20 series on February 11. Instead of a booklet style device like the original Galaxy Fold, Samsung will release a clamshell-style foldable with a horizontal folding axis, called the Galaxy Z Flip. The Galaxy Z Flip is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ (2636×1080) Infinity Flex AMOLED inner display 22:9 aspect ratio and HDR10+ support. To reinforce the foldable, Samsung is expected to give the device a stronger hinge and add a thin layer of glass, called Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG), on top of the AMOLED display. Additionally, the device will feature raised bezels to protect the primary display from peeling up or coming loose. Its outer display is a 1.06-inch AMOLED screen, which is being called the "Focus Display."
